Using the Japan & Korea samples of marks, looks like the top might have taken the two elements of "Silver" and squashed them together over-under instead of side-to-side: https://www.925-1000.com/foreign_marks5.html

Not sure about that second mark.

If not mistaken I believe the top mark Chinese 銀 meaning silver. Bottom mark 足銀 meaning pure silver
