It could be Chinese or Japanese. The mark can be read as "宮岐" or "岐宮", depending on how you read it. If the pot is really old stuff (made in 19th century), you read from the right to left. If not, your read it from left to right. The font is the old seal character. The image in the middle is a chime bell. There is not much on the internet.
